Delivery Manager

The SQUALIO team is looking for an energetic, high-performing Delivery Manager to lead SAM activities. The position aims to provide and lead the management of service delivery as well as support and oversee customer and service delivery processes. This is an excellent position for a good team player and an outgoing person who likes to combine technical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Coordinate and plan meetings in all stages of service delivery processes.
  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, and concerns, if necessary, provide solutions for raised issues.
  • Ensure successful communication and information exchange between the involved parties.
  • Identify and adjust customer needs for products and services.
  • Participate and coordinate budget, deadlines, and quality scores.
  • Review, maintain, and update existing and new service delivery procedures and policies.
  • Keep track of agreements of clients’ portfolios.
  • Prepare, submit, and present reports.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in the same or similar position, preferably in the IT or software industry.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of IT systems and processes.
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • Good resource planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Expertise and certification one of the following certifications: Prince2/ITIL/PMP/Project+/Scrum Master/SAFe.
  • Knowledge of software resource management processes (SAM, ITAM, ITSM), will be counted as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of software licensing for example (MS / Oracle / SAP / IBM/ Adobe, etc.), will be counted as an advantage.
