Responsibilities
- Take part in IT projects infrastructure assessment, planning, migration, and maintenance – install, configure, migrate, test compliance, and configure with established requirements, advise, and consult involved parties and clients.
- Assist existing and potential customers to understand technology challenges, implement new solutions, and maintain existing ones.
- Explore new solutions and possibilities to develop the customer’s IT environment with the alignment of customers’ necessities and our possibilities.
- Ability to communicate and support complex ideas efficiently and effectively with IT system administrators, IT managers, and other involved parties during the implementation stage.
